Upcoming Fun:
Truck N Munch w/The Chris Boise Band LIVE!
Saturday, April 1; 5 – 8 p.m.; Amphitheatre
It may be April Fools, but we’re not kidding! This weekend’s Truck N’ Munch will bring together local eateries as several of Houston’s finest food trucks gather at The Amphitheater area (9600 Scanlan Trace) to serve up their very best dishes. PLUS – a surprise guest – the Easter Bunny – will be onsite from 5 – 7 p.m., to take photos with the kiddos!
Rounding out this fun event is our first concert of the year! National recording artist, the Chris Boise Band will take the Amphitheatre for a performance that will have Sienna residents ready to ‘boot, scoot & boogie!” Bring the whole family out for a dinnertime picnic and lakeside concert. Be sure to pack your favorite beverages, put on your dancing shoes, and bring your lawn chairs to enjoy this fun spring night!
The following food trucks scheduled to serve up their goods are: Bad Chx, Cool Runnings, Food Court Food Truck, Krazy Kups & Kones, Lil Bro’s BBQ, and Mi Patio. Please note, food trucks are subject to change.
Spring Science Extravaganza
Saturday, April 15, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.; Amphitheatre
Calling all Mad Scientists! Join us at the Amphitheatre (9600 Scanlan Trace) for a day of outdoor science fun! Sienna’s Spring Science Extravaganza will feature some awesome interactive science experiments, demos, and presentations that are too big or messy to do indoors. You can even watch residents get “slimed” while participating in the YUCK SHOW – an interactive science game show that will take place at 10:30 a.m., and 11:30 a.m. Other activities include Newton’s Law of gravity rides, reptile encounters, human zorb balls, food trucks and more. SLIME ya there!
As with all outdoor events, the Independence Day celebration and fireworks are subject to schedule change or cancellation due to inclement weather or events out of our control. In the event of potential schedule change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, watch the community LEDs and the Associations Facebook, Instagram, and the Sienna app for updated information.
