SIENNA 101 - The goal of this program is to broaden residents' knowledge about the functions and operations of your community association. From Sienna's initial creation to laying the groundwork for Sienna's future, the course is packed with interesting details. Application deadline is January 30, 2023. The course is offered on Saturday, February 25, 2023. ***Be advised that the class is currently full however you may still submit a completed application to be placed on a waiting list***
Resident ID Form *Sienna/resident ID cards are picture IDs. Each household receives 2 picture resident ID cards and 1 guest card per household. Each additional picture resident ID card for household members is $20.00 each (age 10 yrs. & up). Children between the age of 5-9 will receive a picture kid ID for free. All tenants have to purchase their picture resident cards; each card for household members age 10 yrs and up is $20.00; children IDs for 5-9 yrs. are $10.00 each.* Please allow 2 business days for ID pick-up.
Replacement Resident ID Form *A replacement Sienna/resident regular ID card is $20 each (10 years and up); children replacement IDs (5-9 years) are $10 each and a replacement household guest card is $20 (one per household only).
Modification and Improvement Application The deadline for submittal of applications for review by the MSC is the Wednesday prior to the monthly MSC meeting, which is held the third Wednesday of each month. An application fee of $100.00 is required for major modifications, including but not limited to pools, attached patio covers and room addition. A deposit is required for all major modifications, including but not limited to pools and room additions. Amount of deposit varies from $1,000 to $2,000 depending on lot location. Lots adjacent to an Association owned reserve/land owned by another entity (i.e. MUD, LID, etc.) must pay the additional deposit. Owners must request an inspection upon completion of project in order to have the deposit refunded. All deposits are refunded by check and made payable to the Property Owner. Failure to request an inspection of the improvement within 6 months of approval will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Completed Modification Form In order to receive your construction deposit refund for your completed modification or home improvement project please fill out this form and submit. The refund process will begin as soon as the completed form is received.
Certificate of Compliance *Mandatory for home resale. A prerequisite to the Resale Certificate.* Sienna Associations have begun using Homewise.Docs to serve our customers requesting a Statement of Account or closing fee quotes for refinances, resales and new home sales. Certificates of Compliance, Resale Certificates and Certificates of Insurance can also be requested through this portal.
