Assessment Information & Finance Notes


The 2023 assessment payment online is now through First Citizens Bank (formerly CIT).  First Citizens Bank Payment service allows residents to make online payments.  The First Citizens Bank Online Payment website accepts e-check payments with a valid checking account number and bank routing number.  The E-Check service is FREE and easy to use.  

Assessments are due by January 1, 2023 and considered delinquent if not paid on or before January 31, 2023.  If your assessment is not  paid by February 1, your account accumulates late fees and interest.  If you need to set up a payment plan, please email for assistance.  

If you opt to pay online via credit card, you will incur a service fee which goes to the bank and not the Association.  VISA, MC, Discover and AMEX are accepted.  For any electronic payment, please be aware that it can take up to 5 business days for payment to process.

When setting up your profile, you will need to enter the following numbers in the property section: Association ID is 000100.  If your property is in Sawmill, please enter 000300.  Management ID: 3137
