ANNUAL ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS

The 2022 assessment payment online is through CIT Bank (formerly Mutual of Omaha Bank).  CIT Bank Online Payment service allows residents to make online payments.  The CIT Payment website accepts e-check payments with a valid checking account number and bank routing number.  The E-Check service is FREE and easy to use.  Residents can expect to receive their 2022 assessment statements by December 1. 

If you opt to pay online via credit card, you will incur a convenience fee of 2.95% which goes to the bank and not the association.  VISA, MC, Discover and AMEX are accepted.  For any electronic payment, please be aware that it can take up to 5 business days for payment to process.
